How do I pay?

Choose M-PESA at checkout and enter your PIN when the prompt appears on your phone. You can also pay with Airtel Money or card where shown.

How long does delivery take?

Most Nairobi orders arrive the next working day. Other counties take 1–3 working days. Items marked “ships from our overseas supplier” take longer; the product page shows how long.

How do I track my order?

Use Track my order with your order number and the phone number you ordered with, or see My orders if you have an account.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel from My orders until the order is dispatched. If you already paid, we refund you to the same M-PESA number.

Can I sell on Digi?

Yes. Apply at Sell on Digi.
