Returns policy

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; see Warranty.

How to return

1. Request a return from My orders, or call 0700 000 000.
2. We check the item when we collect it or you drop it off.
3. We refund you within 3 working days of receiving it, to the payment method you used.
